Activity: 0% Longevity: 47% | | So, CRYPTOPAY turned into SCAM???
I still can not believe in this... I been using them for a long time and had several wallets and never had any problems, but today they SUSPENDED few of my accounts without any notifications and not even responding about that!
Ok, suspened accounts was empty, but to one i sent a payment for BTC and went to check it and it is suspended to! WTF???
And also i have 4 more wallets each has 100-300 GBP in their cards balances BUT once i try to unload cards- it drops error that cards unloading is suspended! WTF???
Has anybody experienced with them anything like this??? Do they have a phone number? I can not find it anywhere and they do not respond on a chat. OMG...

Loadoo uses same card issuer as Cryptopay, and we also had the same problem, when the issuer decided to block many cards that were recently receiving PayPal loads. As for now, issue is resolved and cards can be used again. But from now on, PayPal withdrawals will be possible only to verified accounts. This applies to all so-called bitcoin cards - Loadoo, Cryptopay, uquid, spectrocoin, wirex, xapo and others that use Wavecrest as their card issuer.

All cards are working again, but further PayPal loads will require account to be verified.

Do not understand where you see them working, but for me cryptopay still says their unload card option is suspended. ...temporary... umhm...
And do not understand why cryptopay limited most of the accounts. Ladoo did the same? they limited user accounts too?
The big question what is gonna be with a money if they do not allow to unload card..

| It will get back tomorrow, but still good compared that they at least unlocked all cards. Quote:

| They didn't limit your accounts, it was the bank which is behind Cryptopay. They just did a sweep on unverified accounts doing PayPal withdrawals, and also they've changed their policy so further withdrawals will require accounts to be fully verified. Quote:

| They will allow it. But why do you bother, if you can order plastic card and withdraw at any ATM.

I have a plastic card of them. 2 actually. GBP and EUR. And withdrawing from them by ATM. Non of them allows to UNLOAD. This account is verified. Can log in but can not move money. This is personal account to which i send money from all the others.
Also i have dozen of unverified accounts under different names and each account has 3 virtual cards. Most of them now locked and does not allows to log in. The rest allows but money can not be unloaded from virtual cards.
Ok, if to take your words, i think they should allow to unload these cards in accounts to which i still can login.
But what worries me the most- what is gonna happen with unverified accounts which are locked and can not even login..

Just checked my Cryptopay account and everything is working fine. Of course this account only deals with BTC and the VCC they issue and is never used in conjunction with PP.

Fox20c, please go to any of your cards and try to UNLOAD.
I get error each time on some accounts that something went wrong nad please try again but nothing changes.
On other accounts once entering unload section and selecting card immediately comes a screan that unloads are suspended because of bank.
I get thous errors even on verified personal account and even on a cards which are not related to PP anyhow.
So what do you see? It allows you to unload?

I'm trying to pay my Ebay order with paypal linked Cryptopay debit card but got this error: "We're sorry, but your transaction couldn't be completed using the selected card, Visa x-xxxx because it has been denied by the card issuer.".
My Cryptopay debit card is already paypal confirmed but my cyptopay account is not yet verified. I will try to verify it, I hope I will be able to pay my ebay order.

This is only effected accounts that are used to withdraw from PayPal via the VCC issued by Wavecrest.
2 totally different things here.

After veryyyyy long talk with a support i was able to unload some of the accounts. The destiny of the rest money are still unknown :/
And some accounts has passed the withdrawals nice, and some suspended. So hell knows what goes on there...
Also unreleated or not, but i was unable to checkout with their plastic card at the market this morning. This account is verified.
Looks like two different issues happened at once. I do not know what to think, but looks trading bitcoins got even harder from now and time to look for more friendly services :/

Unloads were disabled until today. All cards should be working today as intended, but please not that no further PayPal loads will be possible into unverified cards.

Yes, all cards that has been receiving withdrawals from Paypal will be automatically blocked. I did receive the notice in my email.
So called "Bitcoin Cards" online is usually issued only by 1 same issuer.
I do know a way to bypass but idk if it will work or not.

People were heavily abusing the bank, so they introduced it. First do stupid things, then cry all over. How pity.

That is the problem with making certain cashing out methods common knowledge. They end up getting abused.
Its why for the most part the best cashing out methods that don't use traditional methods, like bank accounts, tend to be kept under wraps. They just stop working or become much harder when tons of people start to abuse them

That is good for the bank. Army of cheap scammers will go away, only legit customers will stay.

Of course it is illegal. Now it has stopped, but people instead of solving this and finding workarounds for their stealths, are crying all over.

To be honest I would stay clear of so CALLED A BITCOIN DEBIT CARD. The fact is its control by 3 party. You can always buy prepaid debit cards or gift cards on localbitcoins from long time trusted seller in your area.
I would never trust people I have never done business with my BTCs. Too many scams are out there. Always treat your BTC AS CASH.
