Bank of Russia to issue basic licence to new Bank 131 LLC

The Bank of Russia made a decision regarding the state registration of Bank 131 Limited Liability Company (Kazan) and the issue of a basic licence for banking operations with funds in rubles and foreign currency (with no right to take household funds on deposit) and banking operations with precious metals. The basic licence will be issued by the Bank of Russia after Bank 131 LLC has paid in the authorised capital.

The Bank of Russia made its decision on 13 March 2019, the documents were subsequently sent to the authorised registering body. On 21 March 2019, Interregional Inspection of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 18 in the Republic of Tatarstan made an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the state registration of the bank (the main state registration number is 1191690025746).
