Announcement: SWAP Deadline and NEXT ERC-20 Trading Extension.
Dear readers, we initially established the ERC-20 NEXT to NEXT.chain swap deadline for the 31st of December, 2019. However, it has come to our attention that a large number of users not yet swapped their tokens.
We understand that the holidays are busy times for everyone, therefore, we see it as fair to extend the swap Deadline until the 20th of January, 2020.
This will also impact the start date of our IEO, the start date of which will also be shifted to the 20th of January, 2020. More information regarding this may be discovered from the following blog.
We have notified exchanges which are providing markets for NEXT (IDEX and CREX24) of the deadline change.
- IDEX: Trading, deposits, and withdrawals will continue on IDEX until the 20th of January, 2020.
- CREX24: Trading will be disabled, withdrawals will remain in effect until the 20th of January, 2020.
We will continue to provide regular reminders to NEXT token holders and our community regarding the swap deadline.
Token Swap information & Instructions
Updated Swap Deadline: January 20, 2020.
To access and participate in the swap:
1) Please navigate to NEXT.exchange and log in / register an account (if you do not have one already).
2) In order to participate in the swap, you will need to have positive balances for NEXT and Ethereum. Navigate to the wallet page if you need to make a deposit. The minimum swappable amount of NEXT is 20, each swap requires a having a small bit of Ethereum on your account to cover transaction costs. We recommend 0.015 ETH.
3) Navigate to next.exchange/swap and proceed with the on-screen instructions to complete your swap.
4) NEXT holders can swap once every 24 hours.
Additional information.
- Minimum swap amount per swap: 20 NEXT
- Maximum swap amount per swap: 20,000 NEXT (Should you wish to swap more per swap instance, please contact our team via Telegram with your NEXT.exchange username at the ready)
- The number of swaps you can carry out is unlimited but you need to wait 24 hours between each swap.
- Recommended minimum ETH balance to swap: 0.015 ETH
- Swap submissions after January 20, 2020 will be accepted only if a valid reason is provided.
- NEXT tokens collected during the swap period will be forwarded to a 0x0 address on the Ethereum Network, becoming permanently removed from possible use and circulation.
- Participation in the swap requires an account on NEXT.exchange.

The total supply of NEXT once the swap is complete will be 30,300,000, which is to be achieved over a period of approximately 15 years by means of PoW/PoS.
