PlayGame Clinches Investment From Blockchain Giant Achain

PlayGame is set to receive another investment into its growing platform, after blockchain-based protocol TRON poured a hefty investment to accelerate PlayGame’s wallet service and crypto payment gateway launch. The new undisclosed investment comes from Achain, a public blockchain platform accessible to developers of all levels.

The investment from Achain is expected to further grow PlayGame’s network and build the platform’s capacities, recalling the strategic partnership that both parties entered into earlier. Specifically, Achain will help PlayGame penetrate the mainland Chinese and East Asian markets through guided strategies and assistance in exchange listings across the region.

The partnership allows PlayGame to retain its PXG token as an ERC20 token while it receives expertise and technical know-how in developing successful blockchain initiatives. Alex Ye, vice-president of Acapital, a core part of Achain group has joined PlayGame as an advisor and has been sharing her experience in cryptocurrency trading as well as other digital activities.

Since the investment, PlayGame has now completed their mission to achieve product/market fit validation. To date, PlayGame have successfully reached these milestones for their product:

  • Competitions in PlayGame are dominated by paid competitions, over 67% of them.
  • PlayGame competitions has an average of 272 PXG pool prize with its biggest yet at 500,000 PXG.
  • PlayGame competitions have 2x more players playing in paid competitions compared to free competitions.
  • There are on average 9.7 players participating in competitions.
  • 59% of all players in PlayGame have PXG on their account.
