Please be advised that Ripple has reset their XRP Testnet.

This means that all accounts, balances, and settings in the Testnet have been deleted and all contents of the Testnet's decentralized exchange have been erased.

The Testnet is now back up and users can get new accounts and new Testnet XRP from the Testnet Faucet.

The production XRP Ledger, or Mainnet, is completely unaffected. This also has no effect on other test networks not run by Ripple.

Thanks. I reset wss://testnet.xrpl-labs.com as well, it's now back in sync with the Ripple testnet.

Yes, the testnet has been reset a second time in order to change the enabled amendments to match mainnet.

Does that mean fixMasterKeyAsRegularKey is now disabled on testnet?

I can't submit SignerListSet transaction.

"engine_result" : "temDISABLED",

"engine_result_code" : -273,

"engine_result_message" : "The transaction requires logic that is currently disabled."

Is this result testnet reset effect?

The Testnet currently does not behave like production because the amendments are still not enabled; the prior reset did not work as intended. The Tesnet is going to be reset again, in order to enable the amendments.

Anyone with tests or scripts that rely on data present on the Testnet ledger should create an automated script that re-creates the test data. If your test finds that the necessary data is not on the ledger, you can re-create it.

Do not rely on the Testnet ledger: the data on it can, and will, be deleted at any time.

At approximately 7:56 PM PDT on 2019-08-30, the Testnet ledger was reset again. The enabled amendments should now match the ones enabled in production.

If your test app relies on data being present in the Testnet ledger, we recommend building testing scripts that repopulate the Testnet with data after a reset.

Note that the amendments enabled on Testnet now match production. Specifically, the Checks and fixMasterKeyAsRegularKey amendments are not enabled at this time.
