I know what it's like to have your own business and feel overwhelmed because of the amount of work that falls on your plate. I know what it feels like to be a entrepreneur attempting to grow a business efficiently, but just struggling to find the time to even make new sales.
That's when I asked myself "what is the single most important skill to succeed in business?"
After researching, I decided that leveraging the proper resource for a task was one of the most important skill to have because there are only so many hours in a day, and its so easy to get focused on tasks that need to be done, but don't add value to the business.
If you spend all your time just operating the business, there's never enough time left to grow it!
This is something I struggled with. To hire people, use outsourced resources, freelancers? How do I find these people and ensure that I just don't end up managing people full time instead?
